Each EyeQue intelligent vision solution comes with one full year of subscription for one account. The free subscription period begins when the user registers the EyeQue device serial number through the associated myEyeQue app. If the serial number has already been associated with another EyeQue account, the new user must purchase a subscription to activate their account and perform vision tests.
A subscription is active for one calendar year from activation. A subscriber may take as many vision or acuity tests as they wish. All test results and subscriber contributed records are stored in the cloud and available to the subscriber while their subscription is active. Subscribers will be notified through the app and/or email as their expiration date approaches. Subscriptions can be renewed on eyeque.com or from within the myEyeQue PVT or myEyeQue VA applications.
