Currently, you are unable to delete your data from your account though there is a workaround to allow you to set up a new account with your previous account's email. You will need to perform the following steps:
- Log into your account
- Under "Account Information" click on the Edit button
- Click on "Change Email"
- Enter a bogus e-mail (for example email@example.com) with your current password
- Click save
- Before you log out change any other personal information that you want
- Log out and then create a new account with your previous e-mail for a clean slate.
This will virtually allow you to reset your data and begin anew with the same log in credentials. We hope to have a feature in the future that will allow you to delete data either directly from the app or through our website. Check back on website or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
