The purchaser is responsible for returning the miniscope in its original case, undamaged for a full refund. When returning the miniscope to EyeQue the package must be postmarked by at least one day before the 30 day policy has expired. Any miniscopes that are shipped back after the policy has expired, unless given written consent by EyeQue, will not be accepted and returned to the purchaser. All shipping and handling charges for the return of the miniscope are that of the purchaser unless otherwise noted by EyeQue. EyeQue does not refund any of the shipping costs associated with the return or purchase of the miniscope unless approved in writing by EyeQue.
