There are some major differences between the EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker and the EyeQue VisionCheck:
Built-in Motor: Normally, when using the Personal Vision Tracker, you need to move the PVT away from and change the dial when moving from the different sections of the test. With the built-in motor, you will only need to move the VisionCheck from your eye to move from the right eye to your left eye.
Bluetooth and Touch enabled: No longer do you have to have to use your smartphone's screen to bring the lines closer or further away; all of the control is built into the VisionCheck. Unlike the PVT, you will be using the touch sensors on the VisionCheck device to move the lines on the screen. The touch sensors will allow you to move the lines closer, farther or continue to the next step of the vision test. This also allows us to put the testing area in the middle of the screen so you can secure the VisionCheck device to your smartphone without hitting the volume or power buttons.
Improved Internal Infrastructure: With new aspheric lenses inside of the VisionCheck device the lines on the screen can be longer and thicker allowing for an easier test and increased visibility of the lines. This will help create greater accuracy and a much faster test experience.
