If you have made a purchase through the EyeQue store you will need to follow the steps below to request an RMA.
|1) Log into your EyeQue account through the EyeQue website and go into your account dashboard. On the left side of the screen you will see a list of options. Towards the bottom of the list, select "My Returns"|
2) On the right side of the screen you will see a blue button marked "Create New Return." Click on the button to begin the RMA process.
3) On the next screen you will see a list of the orders that you have made with EyeQue. If you have any orders that cannot be returned (past 30 day return policy, membership services, etc.) you will see a note mentioning the order cannot be returned.
Click the button to select the order that you wish to return and the order will expand to show the items on the order.
If the item on the order has not been both invoiced or shipped (step 1 above) you cannot return the order just yet. If it has been completely processed you will see the blue button for "Next" active. Click the button to start the next process of the RMA.
|4) Select the item that you want to return by marking the check mark under the item. In the example below, you will see there is only one item available for return. If there are multiple items, select all that you wish to return.|
5) Next select the resolution type from the drop down list you wish to have with this RMA. You can select whether or not you want the item(s) refunded or replaced.
Then select the condition of the packaging in its current state.
Last, select the reason for the return from the drop down list. If your reason isn't included in this list, choose the one that best matches your issue with your EyeQue product.
Before you hit submit, you can add further comments (step 1) for the return request at the bottom of the page. Use this area if our drop down list does not fully explain why you are choosing to return the item. This will also help our team inspect the EyeQue product when it's returned to us. You can also attach any images or files to an RMA that you feel will help explain your return (step 2).
6) Hit "Submit Request" to submit the RMA to our customer support team.
Once you have clicked the button your RMA request will then be submitted. You will be taken directly to the management page for your RMA request. All of the information regarding your RMA will be available for you to manage. You will also see the status of your request as well as any notes either you or the EyeQue support team has left in regards to your return.
