I made a purchase outside of the EyeQue store, how do I return it?

We can accept returns for purchases made through Indiegogo or Kickstarter.  For those returns, please contact the EyeQue support team at [e-mail] to being the return process.  For those purchased through other sites, such as Amazon, you will need to contact their support team to begin the return process.
